Action Plan for Homework Management
In order to actively respond to educational policies, improve teaching quality and reduce students' homework burden, on the afternoon of April 15th, under the guidance of group leader Yang Ting, the English group of Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High School Department held a learning activity on the 'Three-Year Action Plan for Homework Management in Compulsory Education Schools of Anqing City (2025 - 2027)' notice. 
Specifically, at the learning session, Yang Ting, Head of the English teaching and research group elaborately explained the contents of the notice, emphasizing the goals of the ‘Year of Standardization in Homework Management’, ‘Year of Consolidation’ and ‘Year of Enhancement’, and requiring teachers to strictly control the total amount of homework, reduce repetitive contents, and encourage the assignment of differentiated, flexible and personalized homework. On the other hand, the teachers in the group actively discussed and shared their ideas based on their own teaching practice, who unanimously agreed that while ensuring the teaching effect, they should pay attention to students' individual differences and enhance the targetedness and effectiveness of the homework.
In a nutshell, this learning activity enabled all the teachers in the English group to deeply understand the spirit of the notice and clarify the teaching direction in the meantime. Furthermore, in the future, the English group will continue to fully implement relevant policies, optimize the design and management of homework, and contribute to the all-round development of students.
